Return Policy
If the bag you get from us is not what you wanted, ship it back to us for a refund or exchange. We ask that the bag be in a new and unused condition so that we can put it back on the shelf. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the bag. Shipping and return shipping are not included in refunds. If the bag is soiled or has been used and is not able to be sold as new we will either discount the refund or return the bag to you.
Return Policy on customized bags.
If you customize a bag but decide you don't want it you can still return it. We will refund the purchase price of the bag itself but not the price of the customization. We do this because the bag cannot be resold as a first and will have to be discounted. We feel this is fair. If you are uncertain about the bag please consider this when you place your order.
