How did you get started doing this?
When I was 13-years-old I wanted some custom made gear for my Boy Scout equipment. When I asked my mom to do it, she said, “No, make it yourself.” I am still at it and eternally grateful that my mom taught me how to fish rather than just giving me one.
You guys make all this stuff yourselves?
You bet we do. They are our bags, and we take their quality and durability very seriously. When they come back for repair the same people who made them, fix them. New hires have to work their way up through all of the components before we let them work on building bags.

Sadly, we must say no. The costs compared to the return never balances out. We do offer custom features that can be added to our bags, so you can indi-vidualize them to your needs.
Do you guys have a messenger discount?
Not anymore, and we are sorry if this catches you by surprise. My knee jerk reaction is to give the discount but there are a couple of good reasons we don’t anymore.First off, i is a dirty deal for our retailers.
